Service
TipSync provides a digital waste tracking service for permitted waste receiving sites in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. By using TipSync you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Each user account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Site administrators control who has access to their site's data.
Your data
You retain ownership of all waste receipt data entered into TipSync. We process it only to provide the service and to fulfil regulatory requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
DEFRA submissions
TipSync submits waste receipt data to the DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking API on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. TipSync is not a substitute for your own regulatory obligations under the Environment Act 2021.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, including missed DEFRA submission windows.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
